Effective November 2, 2026
Nexus Sales (sales.radiuslocal.ai) is the sales workspace that CallRadius LLC and ClickRadius LLC ("we") and their sales representatives and managers use to keep track of prospects, book meetings, hold video meetings and send email. This policy explains what information Nexus Sales handles, why, and the choices you have. It covers the people who sign in (reps and managers) and the people they work with (prospects and customers).
A rep can choose to connect their own Google Calendar from their Account page. It is optional. If they do, Nexus Sales asks Google for these permissions and uses them only as described here:
openid, userinfo.email): to show which Google account is connected.calendar.freebusy): to check which times Google reports as busy.calendar.events.owned): to add, move and remove meetings booked through Nexus Sales, and to distinguish those meetings from separate appointments that overlap them. For that distinction, Nexus Sales temporarily reads event IDs, start/end times, calendar time zone, cancellation status and whether an event blocks time. It does not request personal event titles, descriptions, locations or attendee details. Events Nexus Sales creates contain the meeting details (the prospect's name, business, email, phone and video link) for the rep's calendar. They have no attendees, and Google is told not to email anyone. What we store: the connected Google email address, an encrypted refresh token (short-lived access tokens are held in memory), busy intervals and the period they cover (replaced after a complete check, with the previous copy kept if a check fails), and IDs and write times for Nexus Sales's own events. IDs of personal events are used only in memory and are not saved. Because attendee responses are not read, a declined invitation that is still marked busy can conservatively block a time here. When Google is unavailable after a successful check, booking uses the last checked copy, which may miss later calendar changes.
Nexus Sales's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
Removing access: click Disconnect on the Google Calendar card on your Account page. Nexus Sales then deletes the saved token and busy times and asks Google to cancel its access. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Meetings already added to your Google Calendar stay there unless you delete them.
Only to run Nexus Sales and our sales work: managing prospects and customers, booking and holding meetings, sending email, working out commissions, and keeping the system secure. We do not sell personal information.
Information stays on our own servers, and our email is sent from our own mail server. We share information only:
All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and Google tokens are encrypted. Access is limited to signed-in staff, and each person sees only what their role allows. We keep records while they are needed for our sales and accounting work. When a rep disconnects Google, their Google token and busy times are deleted straight away.
